Tennessee Personal Injury and Tennessee Criminal Defense Attorney Marcos M. Garza grew up in East Tennessee. Mr. Garza is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, obtained his Master’s degree at the University of Tennessee and graduated the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001. He focuses his practice on two areas: criminal defense and personal injury law.
Mr. Garza is also a former Captain and Judge Advocate Attorney in the United States Marine Corps, where he served in the roles of Prosecutor, Operational Law Advisor, Aide-de-Camp to a General Officer, Legal Services Attorney, and Martial Arts Instructor. Mr. Garza’s dedication to service now has become a large part of his approach to handling Tennessee Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases.
